| MEET DONNA ROLAND |
Donna is a Professional Organizer and Speaker and owner of FAITHFULLY ORGANIZED. Donna feels it is her faith in God that is allowing her to use her organizational and motivational skills as a ministry to others.
What is a Professional Organizer? A professional organizer enhances the lives of clients by designing systems and processes using organizing principles and through transferring organizing skills. A professional organizer also educates the public on organizing solutions and the resulting benefits. Professional organizers help individuals and businesses take control of their surroundings, their time, their paper, and their systems for life.
She is a wife and mother among about a dozen other things and has had to experience many challenges in her life. God has allowed her to use these life-learning experiences as witnessing opportunities to prove you can handle all things though Christ’s strength. She firmly believes each day is a gift from God and how we use it is our gift to Him.

Donna is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers and participated in the industry's leading conference – the four-day National Association of Professional Organizers’ 21st Annual Conference and Organizing Exposition in Orlando, FL. There she learned from other organizers, made new connections within the industry and discovered the newest techniques, products and services.
Donna has also recently completed Kathy Peel’s Family Manager™ University courses and exam and is now a Certified Family Manager™ Coach.
What is a Family Manager™ Coach? A Family Manager Coach is an individual who has been certified by Family Manager to perform the Family Manager Makeover and coach individuals and families in living a balanced lifestyle, and working as a team to make their home a happier, more organized place for all.
She works with clients through motivation, training and hands-on assistance to organize their home, business or special event and speaks to Organizations on related topics to help individuals develop personally and professionally into a more positive and rewarding lifestyle.

Donna will help you to set goals and develop a plan to reach those goals. The hardest part is getting started. Start with the most visible clutter first. You can't un-clutter your entire house or office overnight. Make a list of organizing projects you would like to see done and then break down these projects into mini projects. One of the most important principles of organization is the concept of assigned worth. Being able to determine the relative worth of things allows us to make decisions about them.

Will you come to my house and help me?
After an initial consultation, either over the phone or in person, Donna will set up an appointment to come to your house and will work with you to evaluate the areas that need to be tackled and will work hands on as she helps train you and give you instruction and ideas for developing new habits.





Will you come to my business and work with my employees?
Need a conduct or consulting training program for your employees? Donna will meet with you to learn more about your business and the goals you want to achieve. She will then develop a custom presentation, workshop, consulting plan, or training program to meet your needs and come to your business to implement that program. One-on-one consulting and training also available.


Will you speak at my next church or club meeting?
Donna will speak at your place of work, your church, club or civic organization on a variety of topics related to Organization, Time Management, Leadership, Teamwork and other topics. Planning an event and don't quite know where to start? Team up with Donna and watch your event plan come together! She'll organize several "breakout workshops" that utilize the talents of members in your organization for a diverse choice where everyone can find a topic he or she looks forward to participating in.

Do you sell Organizing products?
Donna will make suggestions for storage items and helpful products that you can purchase at your local discount stores or online. Also consider giving a loved one the gift of organization! AN ORGANIZATION STORY by Chuck Ottolini |
I am so glad I ran into Donna a few months ago. We got to talking about family and business and such. While discussing my business, I complained of wearing too many hats and the utter chaos that had taken over my office and studio. She told me of her services as a professional organizer. Interesting I thought, but I wasn’t so sure about someone coming in and tearing up my space and rearranging it! However, I was at a crossroads and needed to take some type of action. With fear in my heart, I agreed to subject myself to becoming organized.
We shredded my office. Trash bags filled with priceless treasures now deemed unworthy. New filing cabinets appeared, soon to be filled with crisp, new color-coded file folders. A different color for each of my businesses’ functions. We moved my desks, computer and drawing table into another room. This is where she really pushed me kicking and screaming all the way! Dutifully, yet reluctantly, I complied.
Guess what? It works! I can find files when I need them. My new office space has more room and better light. And believe it or not, I have not missed any of my discarded treasures. Am I completely organized? No, not likely to ever happen unless Donna is at my doorstep every morning, but it is such an incredible transformation that sometimes I enter my office and, for a moment, think I’m in the wrong place!
